Behind the name Bartulanka stands the dedicated Markolović family, who nurture a multi-generational olive-growing tradition in the heart of Old Bar. Their extra virgin olive oil is made from carefully selected Italian varieties Koratina and Frantoio, with the addition of refined Spanish Arbequina.

The result is an oil with pronounced fruitiness, balanced spiciness, and mild bitterness – a complex flavor in which pure quality and craftsmanship are clearly recognized.
