With more than 17,000 trees, Plantaže is the owner of the largest single olive grove in Montenegro. The most famous Montenegrin brand, Plantaže began its olive growth story in 2005. Its golden olive oil, which captivates the senses with mild bitterness, the smell of cut grass and fruity notes, leaves a lasting impression on gourmets and chefs. Hard-working olive growers take care of its olive groves. The manual harvesting of the Leccino, Maurino, Arbequina and local Žutica olive varieties takes as long as a month, as the fruit of each variety is harvested at the time of optimal ripeness.

Liquid gold from the Ćemovsko field of Plantaže company gives impetus to olive cultivation in central Montenegro. Thanks to the company’s experience, careful cultivation and modern methods of production, the Plantaže olive oil was awarded a plaque for the best multi-varietal extra-virgin olive oil at the XXI regional olive cultivation manifestation “Maslinijada” in Bar.
